Tanvir is the founder and Chairman of Banyan Technologies Group. Tanvir is an experienced CEO from several Automotive Aftermarket, OEM and Franchised Dealer focused businesses. He was the Managing Director of Solera Holdings where he worked on the largest automotive tech transaction in history valued at over $6.7 Billion in partnership with Goldman Sachs, Koch ventures and Vista Equity Partners. Prior to Solera Holdings, Tanvir was the President and CEO of Robert Bosch’s Automotive Service Solutions division business, with approximately 5,000 employees, operations in 19 countries, and revenues in excess of $1.4 Billion.

Matt Ballard

Matt Ballard combines a strong technical background with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Matt was Vice President of Services and Technology for Bosch. He was responsible for service products across the mobility market, and development of technical solutions for all the major Automotive OEM’s.

Prior to Bosch, Matt held multiple positions at SPX, responsible for information technology, and the acquisition of capabilities to execute the strategy of SPX. Matt has also held positions in Information Technology, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality at various other companies.


A seasoned global business leader and operations executive with nearly 40 years of experience spanning multiple industries, product types and geographic regions. David’s distinguished career concentrated in the automotive and industrial industries where he has deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, product line management and engineering functions. David served as President of Global Manufacturing Operations and as an Officer for SPX FLOW, Inc. from 2015 through September 2018. Prior to that role, David served as President of the Industrial Products Segment (~$1.1B in sales), President of the Test and Measurement segment (~$1.4B in sales) and President of Service Solutions (~$1.1b in sales) during his 16 years at SPX Corporation, a Fortune 500, global and multi-industry manufacturing leader with (at peak) an ~$8 billion market cap, ~$6 billion in annual revenue, operations in more than 35 countries and over 23,000 employees.
