Matt Ballard combines a strong technical background with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Matt was Vice President of Services and Technology for Bosch. Prior to Bosch, Matt held multiple positions at SPX, responsible for information technology, and the acquisition of capabilities to execute the strategy of SPX. In 2014, Tim was appointed as General Motor Company’s Global Vice President of Aftersales, a position he held until retiring in 2020 and joining Banyan as an Advisor.During his tenure he led GM’s CCA to deliver record growth in customer service retention, achieve top brand ranking in J.D. Power GM dealer customer service, consistent record growth in EBIT, free cash flow and ROIC. He also led GM in the transformation of culture to create a positive work environment and drive consistent results.
